This proposal was created for a competition titled ÒIn the Spirit of CollaborationÓ organized by the City of Concord, California. The cityÕs goal was to improve and activate an
historically significant public square and to encourage a true integration of art and design. Finkel collaborated with architects Beyhan Karahan and Jon Michael Schwarting on this project.
